These are applicable to fleets of any size and include warranties, our Dealer network and parts purchase.

Support services exclusively for fleet customers

These services are just for fleet customers, and a few of them are only relevant to larger fleets. There are systems to streamline the Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) process, Ford Fleet National Pricing to help you budget for repairs, even an electronic safety recall service, to save on administration.

Support services for in-house fleet workshops

If your fleet is large enough to warrant its own in-house workshop, these services will make life less complicated. They range from the Ford Fleet Parts Manager system, which simplifies regular parts purchasing, to training your technicians in line with Ford standards at Ford College.
