The Ford Fleet Manager process
Once you are registered, buying parts from Ford dealers couldn’t be easier – you don’t even need a physical card or card number to make a purchase
You contact the Ford dealer in the normal way to order your parts
The dealer logs on to the Ford Fleet Parts Manager, identifies you (by selecting just your company name and location) and enters the transaction
Ford Fleet Parts Manager checks all the transactions using Ford parts and pricing data in combination with any pre-programmed business terms
Barclaycard settles the dealer’s account on your behalf
You are then sent one detailed central bill from Barclaycard each month for the total spent on parts with all Ford dealers
You settle the account within 28 days, which is extremely competitive as traditional cards have payment terms of just 7 days
