Talkback Test Drive Programme
One of the key benefits of being a Talkback member is access to the Talkback Test Drive Programme, which offers your drivers an unaccompanied 24-hour test drive in the Ford of their choice. Once registered to Talkback, your drivers can arrange a test drive by following the instructions below.

Talkback club test drive
Step 1
Call the Talkback team on 0845 605 5566

Step 2
You will be asked to supply the following information:
  • Your name and membership number
  • Your ‘in-market’ date
  • The model and derivative you would like to test drive
  • The date upon which you would like to test drive the vehicle
  • The address to/from which you would like the vehicle to be delivered/collected

Step 3
The Talkback team will liaise with your local dealership to arrange a test drive for the date required or the nearest possible alternative and will contact you to confirm the date of your test drive

Step 4
Accept test drive date and terms and conditions and supply your credit card details* and driving licence number

Step 5
The Talkback team will confirm details with your local dealership and arrange delivery and collection of the vehicle to/from an address specified by you

Step 6
Vehicle delivered. You must complete and sign a test drive agreement and show a copy of your driving licence
