This is to announce that there will be price changes across selected vehicles in Ford's award-winning range. Details of the specific actions taken, models affected, effective dates and price protection information are detailed below.

Pricing Decreases versus pre-VED Band and DVLA First Registration Fee Changes

Effective June 1st and July 1st 2007, there will be price decreases across selected vehicles. The Recommended Retail Prices have been revised to re-establish the On-The-Road prices pre-VED Band and First Registration Fee Changes for the models detailed below.

The price decrease amount varies by entity. The average Petrol derivative has decreased by £27, and the average Diesel derivative has decreased by £17.*

Effective July 1st 2007, there will be price increases across selected vehicles. Pricing actions will be versus pre-VED Band and First Registration Fee Changes, and are applicable to the models shown below:

Customer Order Price Protection (COPP) applies where the customer Contract Date is 30th June 2007 or earlier and gate release date is 1st July or after. The Contract Date is based on the date when the Advice of Contract is received by Ford, either from a Ford dealership or through the Ford Business Centre. A Contract Date prior to 30th June 2007 will ensure that COPP is granted automatically and that you are billed at the correct price. This may be in the form of a credit note.
