Training courses
Technical training for your staff can be provided by the Ford College at Daventry.

Courses offered by the College range from those within the 'Masters curriculum', which is designed to provide a structured path to the achievement of a recognised level of technical competence for dealer technicians, through to model specific 'bumper to bumper' training on current models. In order to derive the maximum benefit from a model specific course a good knowledge of the relevant vehicle systems and drive units will be required.

Staff wishing to develop skills in these areas can elect to follow a specialist route such as vehicle systems diagnosis or Powertrain maintenance via courses chosen from the 'Masters curriculum'.

If we cannot meet your requirements as a fleet operator from our 'off the peg' courses, we may be able to put together a bespoke module to meet your needs. If you have suitable workshop and classroom space, we can deliver certain types of training at your own premises if this is preferred.

If you would like to develop the skills and competencies of your workforce to enable them to effectively service and repair your Ford vehicles, then please contact Jane Worrall to discuss the options that are available:
